CANCELLATION POLICY

Bellissimo Policy: Prior to booking an appointment, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us provide an exceptional experience for all clients. 1. Booking & Services * Scheduling: Book appointments online or via direct message with your artist. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service value upon booking. * Service Selection: Nail art and removals must be booked in advance. We cannot accommodate unbooked add-ons if they conflict with the next client’s appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. * Late Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service value. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service value. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value. 3. Late Arrivals * Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. * Service Modifications: Arriving after your appointment time, but within the 15-minute grace period, may result in a shortened service or simplified nail art. * Forfeiture: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service value. 4. Health & Safety * Illness: Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, contagious, or have open skin wounds or infections. * Service Animals: Registered service animals only are permitted inside the salon. * Foreign Work: For quality and safety reasons, we do not work over Gel x or builder gel products applied by another salon.
