CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to appointment times, requests, high demands, and attention to our nail professionals time, we have adopted a 24 hour/no show cancellation policy. In the event you can not make it to your appointment(s), please cancel online, contact the salon phone, or let your nail professional know 48 hours or more before your appointment. If you do not cancel within that time frame, the deposit that was paid from the original appointment booking will be charged (50% of total appointment cost) to ensure our nail professionals will not miss out on revenue from this set time taken out of their schedules for the appointment time that had been booked. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment as a courtesy to our business, nail professionals, and other clients appointments booked after yours. In the event that you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied. In the event you arrive more than 20 minutes late, there will be a $20 late fee applied, provided the nail professional can still accommodate you in their schedule. However, if your late arrival prevents us from fitting you in with the original nail professional you were booked under due to scheduling conflicts, it will be considered a no show and the deposit fee mentioned previously above (50% of total appointment cost) will be charged.
